- Driven by key performance indicators, Field Service Specialist will complete target objectives related to preventative maintenance, instrument repair operations and influence competitor trades.
- Drive a KARL STORZ vehicle within a defined territory to; work with the account's Sterile Processing and Operating Room departments to inspect, repair (either performing or facilitating), troubleshoot and replace KARL STORZ instruments/products as needed.
- Maintain the client's KARL STORZ instrument sets so that they are always in excellent working condition and ready for use thus reducing the use of disposable instruments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest workflows to keep repairs and replacement expenses within the contract's predetermined budget for the account.
- Lead and create in-service seminars for clients related to inspection, maintenance and sterilization of KARL STORZ instrumentation.
