Overview:

The Field Service Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization by ensuring the successful installation maintenance and repair of our products at customer sites. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through prompt and effective technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite installation maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product design and performance
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to service calls and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Travel to customer sites as required
  • Assist in the development of service protocols and procedures
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar field service or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service management software
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
