Candidate must have good market knowledge &
should be having a good rapport with the plywood
outlets of the sales territory he has been shortlisted
for. He will be on a 3rd party arrangement for the
probation period ie 6 months.
Post completion of the probation period basis his
performance he will be recommended for being
