Job Description

- Support the delivery of effective programmes, in development contexts in stressed communities.
- Supporting the PDQ team to develop and conduct the personal development training (TOT) for the project staff, volunteers, local partners.
- Supporting field staff in the timely implementation of activities at field level.
- Provide overall supervision to all activities implemented in the area (East Amman & Za’atari camp) of operation.
- Supervise and support all the field staff in the area of operation, through facilitation of, and advising on implementation of, different interventions.
