Role Overview:

The Field Care Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting care workers to ensure the delivery of personalized and highstandard care services. This position involves supervising the care delivery process from initial assessments to the implementation of care plans maintaining excellence in home care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution and effectiveness of care plans adjusting them as necessary to meet the clients needs.

  • Conduct initial assessments of new clients and regular reviews to ensure care plans are comprehensive and tailored.

  • Provide support training and feedback to care workers ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.

  • Act as a key liaison between clients their families and care workers fostering positive relationships and open communication.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation policies and procedures related to domiciliary care.

  • Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided implementing improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the domiciliary care sector.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) as a minimum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to providing highquality care.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to the changing needs of service users.
