Job Description

- Play an active Role in defining item recipes and sub recipes.
- Take control of Daily Requisitions from HQ warehouse and External Suppliers.
- Enter daily resaved invoices and production cycles produced by each department to the system.
- Provide the Direct Manager with weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Responsible for internal hospitality (Communications& coordination, scheduling, production & delivery, invoicing).
- Ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product, and the highest financial return.
