- Provide expert technical guidance in design and implementation of strategies for improving quality of family planning services in the public and private sectors, including oversight for implementation and evaluation of innovative models.
- Provide expert design and implementation guidance for approaches to improve access to and uptake of family planning services, particularly among vulnerable populations.
- Contribute to design and implementation of strategies to strengthen competencies of healthcare workers to provide patient-centered care and to improve accountability of providers’ performance.
- Provide input on FP service and engagement activity indicators and approaches to ongoing quality assurance.
- Represent the project at national and sub-national technical meetings and with private stakeholders to support co-design and institutionalization of project interventions.
- Collaborate with other project staff to review data and facilitate partnerships for improved family planning services.
- Contribute to development of work plans, quarterly and annual reports, financial reports, and any other deliverables required by USAID.
- Lead and/or contribute to identification and documentation of the project’s successes and best practices, as well as development of publications.
