Responsibilities:
Wellchild visits Immunizations
Adolescent Health Sic visits by appointment
ADHD care; and hospital / ER follow up
Requirements:
Active NY License (or willing to obtain)
BC/BE (If BE within 5 years of eligibility)
DEA
Strong desire to work with refugee population (highly preferred)
