Position Summary
As a factory manager, you will lead the team to meet target and work on continuous improvement
Job Requirement
Responsible for overall factory finance, P&L, budgeting and CAPEX
Responsible for factory strategy, KPI and direct the managerial team to translate them into concrete actions to meet target
Key leader on lean project within the factory, focus on continuous improvement of overall production performance, maintenance, increase of efficiency and cost reduction.
Lead and delegate task within the factory and lead production, OPEX , maintenance and SHEQ etc
Ensure that all activities within the factory comply with legislation, policy, and standards.
Competency
You will have significant experience of working within a company that has a continuous improvement-based culture, with solid and a proven understanding of manufacturing processes and food safety principles.
Qualification
A Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
5+ years of factory / production management experience in a food or biology manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and management skills, including the social skills and ability to build valuable relationships.
Experience with continuous improvement methodology, preferably TPM and AM.
The ability to facilitate collaboration that supports alignment, creativity, and results along with demonstrating strong leadership
Developed ability to think systematically and analytically and to make connections easily.
Excellent English language and communication skills handling for English speaking customers.
Location: North
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
