Coordinate team travel arrangements both domestic and international overseeing tasks such as travel requests transportation accommodation passport and visa applications local logistics and providing emergency assistance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Optimize the utilization of office space based on organizational needs.
Plan and execute office reconfigurations or relocations as necessary.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facilityrelated services.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel.

Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facilityrelated budgets finances contracts expenditures and purchases.
Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in facility management or a related role.
Excellent proficiency in English.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
