About the Company
Our client is an integrated outsourcing services company whos committed to ensure client working for their core responsibilities effectively. They are providing cleaning service, driver, office assistant, and technical officers who may assist the office or on-site needs. This company already certified by ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 in 2015, and ISO 45001 in 2018.
Responsibilities:
- Managing 900+ manpower in 10+ location mainly at SCBD area
- Leading two service managers and one admin operation staff
- Performing inspection of building on specified basis
- Organizing plan and evaluation process
- Developing professional relationship with clients, and selling add on services to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor or D3 degree in hospitality management is preferred
- 3+ years experience in managing similar role, especially in leading team management
- Understand of budgeting planning
- Solid knowledge of highrise or gondola job, and K3 process
- Obtained TK 1 certification (highrise) is a plus
