Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company
• Develop financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall goals
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Provide financial guidance to departments within the organization
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decisionmaking
• Lead financial audits and reviews

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA(SA) or CIMA
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office

Desired Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial management role
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of financial management and analysis
