Job Description
- Responsible for: international & local sales of raw cotton product
- Analyze sales statistics, determine potential opportunities
- Partner with distributors in foreign markets, study market conditions, focus on customers preference, study competition, and focus on the edge to penetrate those foreign markets
- Establish training programs for sales staff using sales contests, and other motivational approaches
- Establish monitoring mechanism for sales forecast & prospect lists, plan territories, quotas, and goals for sales & export representatives
- Responsible for: Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 15 – 20 years of sales management experience with preference inCotton OR Textile exporting
- Expert usingTrade Map& other tools to facilitatestatistics for international trade
- Certified International Trade and Export Professional
- Proven track of Sales Management experience
