Export Director

Job Description

• Responsible for: international & local sales of raw cotton product
• Analyze sales statistics, determine potential opportunities
• Partner with distributors in foreign markets, study market conditions, focus on customers preference, study competition, and focus on the edge to penetrate those foreign markets
• Establish training programs for sales staff using sales contests, and other motivational approaches
• Establish monitoring mechanism for sales forecast & prospect lists, plan territories, quotas, and goals for sales & export representatives
• Responsible for: Direct sales, marketing, and customer service activities

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least 15 – 20 years of sales management experience with preference inCotton OR Textile exporting
• Expert usingTrade Map& other tools to facilitatestatistics for international trade
• Certified International Trade and Export Professional
• Proven track of Sales Management experience
