Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment and selection processes including sourcing interviewing and hiring new employees of different levels
Posting job descriptions on various job boards social media platforms and other relevant sources to candidates
Searching and sourcing candidates through various job boards social media employee referrals and other sources
Reviewing resumes and applications and conducting prescreening interviews to assess the candidates suitability for the job
Negotiating salary and other compensation terms and extending an offer of employment
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidates including tracking their progress throughout the hiring process
Preparing reports on recruitment activities
Facilitating onboarding process for new hires
Design implement and run effective employee training and development programs
Prepare and maintain uptodate employees skill matrix data and training evaluation records
Facilitate the internal and outside trainings programs and manage it accurately and entirely
Handle the performance appraisal and PMS processes to ensure the performance of each individual periodically
Employees succession planning activities
Handle organizational development activities and programs
Handle employees engagement and team building programs
