- Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction, and advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide adequate retraining as needed.
- Makes recommendations to the General Manager or designate regarding the upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good repair. • Identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness, maintenance, guest room supplies and amenities at a realistic costs.
- Implements and controls Housekeeping procedures and Inventory of the Resort, Lost and Found procedures, key control, security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include Front Office and Maintenance.
