Make sure the quality of housekeeping and laundry services is always superb, schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, rooms, equipment, linens, public restrooms, lobby, etc. are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.

Implementation of robust cleaning SOPs and preventive measures in sanitation. In addition managing manpower and cross collaboration between departments to mitigate payroll efficiency.

Determining and controlling specific changes that need to be made due to COVID-19 measures and brand sanitization standards, and post COVID-19 expenses such as PPEs, chemicals, etc.
