Who Were Looking For:

• An Executive Chef with an extensive background in Japanese/Asian cuisine.
• Experienced in working in highlevel international restaurants.
• Skilled in developing menus new openings and managing multiple locations.

Your Role Will Include:

• Overseeing the daily operations across our clients awardwinning venues.
• Not just cooking but also managing and supervising the overall operations across multiple sites.
• Working on the business side think menus staffing costings new openings recruitment and more.
• Collaborating with the Head of Culinary on exciting new projects menu planning and more.
