Overview:

The Executive Business Development plays a vital role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to overall business expansion strategies. This role requires a strong strategic approach exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized sales and marketing materials to support client meetings and engagements.
  • Analyze business development data and provide insights to help guide decisionmaking.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify and understand market potential competitive forces and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Participate in networking events to represent the organization and build contacts in the industry.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual business development plan and strategy.
  • Resolve issues and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated on market intelligence and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development sales or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
