• Motivates and encourages team performance in virtual (non-face to face situations).
• Plans and prioritises group's operational activities and supports team knowledge and skills development towards effective delivery of services.
• Understand the needs of each country team able to work with then remotely understanding and meeting deadlines in business plans etc.
• Coaches and guides towards team performance of the country operations team, working with country/regional leadership to address skills or motivation gaps as it arises.
• Lead on developing/managing a standard VS training package in line with regional policies to meet the needs of all M&L countries.
• Advises on or directly engages with Venue Staff or Examiners when and issues/ complaints arise to provide solutions.
• Working with local HR for compliance with recruitment and induction of resources
