- Adapting the suggested methodology. The evaluator may revise the suggested methodology and provide adequate justification if any amendments seem necessary.
- Review if necessary the evaluation implementation work plan.
- Leading the evaluation (data collection, analysis work…etc.).
- Develop the evaluation instruments and conduct validation and field testing of the tools.
- Provide a brief and present the evaluation methodology, tools for data collection and the data analysis to SCJ M&E and project team and the main stakeholders.
- Lead the data collection process.
- Analyze data through a participatory approach involving the project team.
- Present the findings in one workshop for SCJ project team and main stakeholders.
- Writing and submitting the first draft of evaluation reports as well as finalizing it after the feedback provided by the project team.
