- Support administrative investigation cases, analysis, data mining and quality assurance of reporting. Prioritizes follow-up based on direction from Head of the Investigation Unit or the Regional Investigation Manager.
- To provide administrative support in relation to the effective operation of the Regional Investigation Officer (RIO) & ERCO.
- Research and drafting internal operational policy and procedures.
- Translation of documents and assisting as an interpreter as directed by RIM.
- Provide analytical and statistical support.
- As directed, conduct research and provide assessment in relation to HR related inquiries.
- Examination of material gathered by ERCO to establish evidential opportunities.
- Conduct proactive assessments in relation to sensitive inquiries particularly focused on sexual exploitation and abuse.
