Job Description
Estimator Project Manager Deep Foundations Geotechnical and Earth Retention

North Carolina South Carolina Virginia and Tennessee
- Knowledge and experience in Deep Foundations Drilling Earth Retention Soil Nails Soldier Pile Walls Micropiles Driven Soil Nail Walls and Underpinning Techniques.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and zoning laws.
- Experience working on projects in North Carolina South Carolina Virginia and Tennessee
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and budgets.
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine materials labor and equipment requirements.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and bids.
- Create and maintain a database of cost information for future reference.
- Ensure that all estimates are accurate and delivered within the specified deadlines.
- Review project progress and adjust estimates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project costs.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide guidance as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an estimator or project manager in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using estimation software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
