The Eptec Group is Australasias leading corrosion mitigation and protection company specialising in all aspects of corrosion prevention. Our Total Asset Protection solutions and services include Corrosion management; Blasting painting and remediation of concrete and steel structures; Lining and waterproofing; Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) Structural Strengthening; Cathodic Protection (CP); and Pipeline Electrical Hazard Assessments.
Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors including naval defence marine transport and infrastructure. Recent projects of the Eptec Group include Warragamba Dam Pipeline Brisbane XRiver Rail Sydney Metro Trains Old Murray Bridge Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWDs) Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) and the previous four Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCDs) in SA.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join ourDefence Solutionsteam in Henderson WA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects critical to Australias naval defence capability.
Youll be responsible for end to end delivery of highvalue high profile projects balancing safety quality schedule cost and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crossfunctional teams with a strong focus on people leadership and team engagement.
- Oversee planning execution and delivery of complex remediation and coatings projects.
- Manage budgets project financials and contract obligations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers subcontractors and labour providers.
About You:
To thrive in this role youll bring:
- Proven project management experience ideally withinDefenceInfrastructure orAsset Remediation.
- Strongpeople managementand leadership capabilities.
- Excellentstakeholder engagementand client relationship skills.
- Soundbusiness and commercial acumen including contract and financial management.
- Technical knowledge of surface prep coatings hazardous substances QA/QC and ITPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint MS Project).
Preferred qualifications:Degree in Engineering Construction Management or similar.
