Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Redditch
Basic Salary: up to £35000k (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £60000 (uncapped)
Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Branch Manager who wishes to forge a career within a highly successful Estate Agent in Reddich.
This role is for an existing Branch Manager Sales Manager Senior Valuer wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with your team lead by example and have the skill to mentor and influence in a positive way.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 23 years’ experience in a team leader role within the industry an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business. You will not be requied to do any valuing yourself just the managment of the branch.
If you have a passion for property and would like the opportunity to be rewarded generously then this role could be for you.
