• Administer our Dynamics instances across multiple business units.
• Manage incident queue for Dynamics 365 according to ITIL best practices.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation point between frontline Support for Dynamics 365 related issues.
• Manage Dynamics instance cloning and hosting between production and lower environments.
• Interface with Dynamics business leads on health of environment and user experience.
• Create and document standard operating procedures related to our Dynamics 365 environments.
