- Provide the technical know-how (Finance, IT and SCM) of the right usage of MSD365
- Review the implementation done in the system and advice for improvements
- Act as consultant on the best ways to admin and maintain the system
- Work with clients to understand requirements of system configurations or reporting and to implement these requirements, test, and train users to handle it
- Enhance/ Customize Dynamics 365 ERP based on customer requirements and perform technical development, customization, Reports, Workflows, Entities.
- Enhance reports, knowledge of SSRS.
