- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of ERP and other business applications. Provide support for these business applications
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation
- Specify and manage ERP implementation and updates
- Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization
- Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered
