- Writing customized programs, SQL queries and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications
- Provide ERP application training and support to clients and end-users
- Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance
- Assist in gathering requirements and documenting business process
- Manage schedules
- Direct and motivate the team
