- Work on business process re-engineering including gathering documenting requirements and workflow.
- Conduct fit gap analysis and configuration workshops.
- Transform business requirements into a system design and configuration by working closely with all stakeholders.
- Train system users in internal workshops to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO ERP.
- Supervise the Go-Live Phase and being Onsite to help all stakeholders in working with the systems.
