As a Marketing Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to marketing, advertising, and promotions

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Familiarity with marketing compliance regulations and requirements (e.g. FTC, FDA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with compliance audits and risk assessments is a plus
