Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of entrepreneurial projects including ideation market analysis and business modeling.
• Provide mentorship and support to internal teams and startups in residence facilitating strategic decisionmaking and fostering growth.
• Identify new market trends opportunities and potential partnership avenues within the WFHEdtech landscape.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential of new ventures and initiatives.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Champion a culture of continuous innovation creativity and risktaking within the organization.
• Develop and maintain key external relationships within the entrepreneurial ecosystem including investors accelerators and industry leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to entrepreneurs and startups fostering their success and business development.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives and market demands.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of entrepreneurial initiatives leveraging data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a successful entrepreneur or in a senior leadership role within the WFHEdtech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and guide startups through various stages of growth and development.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in conducting feasibility studies financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Deep understanding of market trends customer behaviors and competition within the Edtech industry.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of building and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change challenging the status quo and fostering a culture of creativity.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Masters degree in Business Administration Entrepreneurship or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Proven track record of successful project management including the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
