Job Description

- Masters Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree minimum, in a related field such as social sciences development studies, business studies, international relations, etc
- Demonstrated ability in writing high-quality reports in English
- Extensive experience in managing a diverse team with demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to strict deadlines
- Extensive experience in ensuring adherence to quality standards both individually and collectively through teams previously managed
- Strong attention to detail including excellent research skills in open source and social media analysis
- Arabic and English native fluency required, with strong writing and speaking skills
- Previous experience and in-depth understanding of the Syrian context are preferable, but not required
- Demonstrated skills in process management and reporting structures
- Ability to work and interact with a diverse staff from different ethnicities and backgrounds
- Ability to conduct oneself with discretion sensitivity and respect toward others
- Computer skills such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office, social media tools, communication tools, etc
