EnToneYo's Way School is currently seeking to recruit talented and enthusiastic English teachers to join our prestigious faculty. As an English teacher at EnToneYo's Way School, you will have a unique opportunity to inspire students, enhance their language skills, and foster a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver dynamic English lessons that cater to the needs of students across different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Create an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and effective language acquisition.
- Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to guide their continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum materials and innovative teaching methods.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages students to explore and excel in their educational journey.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Linguistics / Applied Translation / Translation / English Language and Literature.
- Must have a native-like (American) accent.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in teaching English as a second language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective connections with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent English communication both spoken and written, organizational, time management and presentation skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated, patient, and creative.
- Ability to customize teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences, as well as the ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for education, growth mindset, and dedication to student success.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and other relevant software.
