- Planning, initiating, supporting, and guiding the units which involve knowledge and understanding of the IB resources.
- Design the unit plans and the course plans, delivers, and implements all IB and school requirements.
- To carefully study and share the subject guide with the students.
- To meticulously deliver the subject matter according to IB requirements.
- To remain updated and informed as to any curriculum change or assessment requirement by the IB.
- Creating appropriate and learning experience (field work, learning engagements)
- Creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students.
- Motivating students to perform at their best through differentiated instructions and using varieties of styles.
- Contributing to the enrichment of learning engagements.
- Monitoring students’ performance to enhance their understanding and master skills.
- Monitoring students’ progress through effective assessment.
