Sales & Solutions Support:
- Holding the position of Single point of contact for all the enquiries from the customer regarding the solutions/services
- Linguistically sound with excellent written verbal communication skills with Japanese and English
- Repository building relevant to the solution/services
- Legal and Finance s point of contact for assigned customers.
Proposals and RFI Responses:
- Responsible for putting together all proposals and responses to RFIs. Being the single point of contact and the owner for the proposal or response
- Able to understand at a high level in MES related solutions and proposals to have effective communication with Japanese clients
- Pulling together a crossfunctional team (CFT) of people from sales delivery legal finance and any other functions that may be required
- Studying the RFP and break it out into sections in order to assign responsibility for the responses to each section among the members of the CFT
- Complete Ownership of Commercials
- Working with the members of the CFT in order to pull together the response
- Holding periodic reviews of the response preparation involving all stakeholders including the Account Manager
New Business Support:
- Developing a list of prioritized new accounts to be pursued in order to meet the targets
- Conducting research on the accounts to build intelligence and work with delivery teams to develop propositions and collateral that can be used by the sales team to make inroads into these new accounts
- Providing the sales team ideas on who to approach / what to show based on the intelligence gathered and propositions developed
