Overall coordination of engineering changes for Manufacturing plant liaises directly with technical center Design/Test. Local champion for Engineering change process Guides employees at the plant on methods and best practices. Provides feedback to central departments on opportunities for improvements / local needs. Supports standardization drive and local engineering strategies. Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the Engineering Changes. Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. Identify potential costs and risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easytounderstand manner. On time delivery for Engineering changes.
