While prior sales and marketing experience is a plus, it's not mandatory. Many of our team come from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a clear understanding of our personal development and leadership products.
  • Lead Generation: Generate enquiries through various online channels such as social media and networking to build a strong customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up. Provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, and customer feedback to adapt your sales approach and stay competitive.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with personal development and leadership education.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all sales interactions.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your time to prioritise leads and opportunities that have the greatest potential for success.
  • Adaptability: Be open to adapting your approach to the changing needs and preferences of your target audience.
  • Customer Outreach: Contact potential clients and engage in brief conversations to understand their needs and goals. This will not involve cold calling.

Remember that success in the personal development and leadership industry often requires a genuine passion for personal growth and a strong belief in the value of the products or services you are providing.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll be interacting with clients and prospects through phone calls, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Proficient with technology and computer skills is preferred, or a willingness to learn.
  • Time Management: Hours are flexible, but it also requires good time management skills to balance prospecting, follow-ups, and administrative tasks effectively. You will need to dedicate approximately 15 hours per week.
  • Self-Motivation: Able to set and achieve your goals independently.
  • Adaptability: Being adaptable and willing to learn new techniques and technologies is vital.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills are an asset.
