We are hiring Employer Branding Specialist for Future Group.

Job Brief:

Employer branding specialist is a professional who develops and implements strategies to enhance an organizations reputation as an employer. They focus on attracting engaging and retaining top talent by effectively communicating the organizations values culture and unique offerings. The employer branding specialist plays a critical role in shaping the perception of the organization as an employer of choice.

Job responsibilities and duties:

  • Improve all the content throughout the candidate experience journey including job descriptions nurture emails career pages etc.
  • Craft engaging and informative content for external communication channels.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication touchpoints.
    Gathering relevant data points and helping establish an Employer Branding dashboard.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track metrics assess program effectiveness of and make datadriven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute social responsibility projects.
    Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Track our ratings on channels like and reply regularly.
  • Stay uptodate with translation & localization industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for communication and branding.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from related fields (Business marketing human resources or communicationsrelated) degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in external communication.
  • Previous experience in employer branding is a MUST.
  • Experienced in collaboration with social media and digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of events and organization management processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Effective planning and reporting skills.
  • Strong skills in communication and coordination
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
