Employee Life Cycle Senior Specialist

The Onboarding Team Lead will act as back up for the Onboarding Head in all tasks & issues related to onboarding, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, Managing the work assignments allocation of onboarding function for Egypt diff OPCOs; Global Solution, Properties & Entertainment.

ROLE PROFILE

• Supervises the Onboarding team of Egypt
• Works closely on allocating the onboarding tickets among a team of onboarding officers
• Act as first point of escalation for all Egypt Onboarding issues, for Entertainment, Properties and Global Solution scope
• Analyzes current systems issues to figure out operational gaps and initiate corrective recommendations that lead to a smooth onboarding process
• Conducts quality checks on the onboarding team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples & running system reports
• Documents all processes variances and works towards harmonizing the process.
• Ensures the team members are complying with MAF values, ethics, policies & procedures.
• Proactively seeks feedback from concerned stakeholders and works towards development considering the received feedback.
