Emergency Medicine Resident

This is a remote

• Support Principles in getting client work completed accurately and on
  
• Help the less experienced and less qualified team members in completing their tasks and
  
• Review the work handed by direct
  
• Train and develop the technical skills of direct reports helping and teaching them with all aspects of financial statement preparation, taxation return preparation, bookkeeping and payroll
  
• Review team's work and ensure it is of a high standard and at completion stage for the
  
• Hand work across to the Principles that need no further ;
  
• Serve as the final sign-off point before passing the following key pieces of work to the Principles (Trial Balance, BAS, Tax Returns, Bookkeeping, Payroll).
  
• Constantly monitors deadlines and coordinate with the Accountants to ensure these deadlines are being met as for the following (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Bookkeeping, Weekly/fortnightly/monthly Payroll, BAS, Tax Returns).
  
• Oversee the productivity & workflow of all staff and work within the
  
• Conduct spot audits for Quality and provide feedback to TL s on a regular ;
  
• Develop a supportive, educational, and safe work environment for all your
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 + years experience in Australian Tax
  
• Advanced Skills with XERO
  
• Advanced Word and Excel skills
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• XERO Advisor Certification
  
• XERO Payroll Certification
  
• Australian equivalent bachelor s degree, preferably in Accounting (Philippines college degree)
  
• Philippines CPA (but not necessary)
  
• Australian CPA or Australian CA
