Emergency Department RN

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Emergency Room. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Clinton IL 61727

Assignment Start Date: 3/25/2024

13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Evaluate outcomes consult with other specialists and ancillary departments as required and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care and flow through the ER.
• Provides care that meets the psychosocial physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
• Communicates with ED physicians about changes in patient status symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of one(1) year of RN experience;
• Previous ER experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois;
• BLS and ACLS certification is required.
• PALS ENPC TNCC and/or TNS preferred.

EMR System: Meditech experience preferred

Shift: Night shift (6:30 pm 7 am)
