Job Description

• Ensure implementation of production standards in operations procedures such as planned and unplanned downtime records, team influence in plant KPIs and performance metrics.
• Responsible for applying companies EHS standards in all electrical operations & maintenance activities done by his team to achieve zero safety incidents.
• Perform all required troubleshooting for production lines.
• Responsible for enhancing continuous improvement culture in his team and using necessary tools to achieve goals.
• Responsible for doing required RCA for electrical breakdown to ensure proper corrective and preventive actions to avoid repetition.
• Responsible for electrical Furnace & equipment and Assets and ensure Keeping its Proper condition and it’s compliance against Safety and safety standards.
• Review (based on Operations) spare parts items and ensure that Critical Items is available on stock with supply chain.
• Responsible for applying standards in workplace boundaries and to complete the unreported scrab of the products within section.
• Responsible for updating skill Matrix for electrical team and arrange a proper training plan filling the gap.
• Ensure of applying company’s electrical Engineering standard.
• Ensure implementation of PM and supporting Production Team achieving targets
• Manage and control his team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Power and Machines Automation Engineering majors).
• From 4 to 5 years of experience in CNV, PLC
• Team Leadership Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong computer skills (Word –Excel–Power point–SAP is extra)
• Excellent English Language (Read – write – Speak)
