EL1 Tech Lead Customer Identity Access Management

Essential criteria1. Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert including design implementation and optimization.2. Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0 Okta ForgeRock Ping and Akamai is highly desirable.3. Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions.4. Ability to lead and mentor team members fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Desirable criteria1. Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.2. Ability to plan and manage project workload and provide direction using a Project Management tool such as Kanban Jira or similar.3. Hold a positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
