Essential criteria
- Strong experience and expertise in designing implementing and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0 Okta ForgeRock Ping Akamai or equivalent.
- Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
