Essential criteria
- 1 Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and driving largescale initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.
- Ability to analyse complex issues identify solutions and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
- Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
- Proven ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in leading CIAM or IAM teams and projects
- Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
