EL1 Assistant Director Customer IAM

Essential criteria

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to CIAM and identity governance.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership roles with a focus on customer identity and access management.
• Experience in leading CIAM teams and projects.
• Experience in any CIAM products such as Auth0 Okta ForgeRock Ping and Akamai or equivalent.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and driving largescale initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Hold a positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
