- Identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business with education institutions, ministries, content providers and e-learning solution providers.
- Collaborate with other department directors on delivering required proposals and solutions.
- Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
- Manage the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating courseware and curricula and learner notification text in LMS.
