Educational Content Manager

• Plan new content and updates to the Official Cricut YouTube Channel , including optimizing for SEO, organizing and uploading content and understanding and reacting to analytics
• Help to plan and implement international expansion of the YouTube channel, including translations
• Manage new content and updates to Cricut s online help center , using data to make key decisions and working with QA and product to ensure accuracy
• Build out a consistent approach and manage education plans for Cricut extensions (like EasyPress) and tools, including any new product launches
• Create content using screencasting with voiceovers and/or video covering everything from onboarding with software to project-based education to creative skills
• Work with the social media team to deliver consistent educational messages to Members in need
• Work with the social team to harvest livestreams for ideas and video additions to our YouTube offerings
