Responsibilities:
- EDI Transaction Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to analyze and interpret EDI transactions related to enrollment processes.
- Data Validation: Conduct thorough validation of inbound and outbound EDI data to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve EDIrelated issues promptly working closely with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- EDI Mapping and Configuration: Develop and maintain EDI maps and configurations ensuring they align with business requirements and industry standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry standards regulations and best practices related to EDI and ensure ongoing compliance within the Enrollment Department.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on EDI transactions analyze trends and maintain comprehensive documentation of EDI processes and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including IT operations and customer service teams to enhance EDI processes and address business needs.
